Coach Gwozdecky began his association with Huron back in the late 1970's. George played hockey at the
University of Wisconsin and was a member of an NCAA Championship team. He began coaching at
the University of Wisconsin, River Falls and has continued through Michigan State as Assistant Coach,
Miami University as Head Coach and has been with the University of Denver since 1994.
Hard work and dedication to the sport have seen Coach Gwozdecky continue his championship trail
through out all levels of his coaching career since 1981 and winning back to back NCAA Championships in 2004 and 2005.
