Coach Reaume has been a successful goaltending coach and college recruiter for over fifteen years. Martin has coached varsity goaltenders to earn CIS National Tournament All-Star honours and recruited players earning All-Canadian honours. Coach Reaume is a veteran of directing goaltending camps in Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and Nova Scotia. NetMinds goaltenders have graduated to the Canadian Hockey League, NCAA and professional hockey ranks.

Under the guidance of Martin Reaume, the inaugeral NetMinds North American Goaltending Symposium was held in Ottawa, Canada (June 2006). Thirty delegates from four states and four provinces registered to attend goaltending development presentations for elite goaltender coaches and goaltenders. Goaltender Coaches from the NHL, NCAA, CIS and CHL were presenters at the first annual event (2007 event: see www.netminds.ca). Coach Reaume is a goaltending writer for Centre Ice Magazine (Ottawa). Martin has worked with the Huron Hockey School Team for over 20 years.
